Have broken the 9,000 word mark and still am not at the actual halfway point of the adventure yet plot wise.
I've stated my position numerous times in the past that I prefer quality over quantity, so in the end, as long as my work is an enjoyable read and a mystery worthy of the Victorian Era's premiere Consulting Detective, I'll be happy.
In any event, I better get back to writing now.
