PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING OCTOBER 5, 2024

Another busy week on the personal side of my life.

Had a long drive to make the bi-annual round trip to see my Cardiologist this past week, but at least I'm still as healthy as a 62 year old man with (pre-existing) heart issues can be.  😁😎

Unfortunately, there were three polyps, compared to only one from my previous test ten years ago.
The good news is they were all BENIGN! 😊😃
However, between them and my age, that doctor wants me back in five years instead of the ten that passed before the colonoscopy I just had.
I wonder what the prep liquid will taste like then?
Last time I thought it was like a liquified cheeseburger with extra onions.
Next time? 🤷

So you can imagine that there wasn't very much writing on SOLITAIRE 2: THE AGENDA accomplished this past week. 😢
Hopefully this coming week will be a different matter because the only excursion I have planned (at the present time) is the weekly Grocery Hunting Expedition at some point.

In any event I better get back to writing now.
Take care.
STAY SAFE!
And I'll see you around the Internet.

PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING OCTOBER 5, 2019

A muse
A muse too
Been getting a LOT of writing done this past week, when time and other life commitments allowed.
Managed a little on the SHERLOCK HOLMES' "The Adventure of the Unimaginable" story, but for whatever reason(s) I am super hot on the SOLITAIRE novel (formerly known as The New Idea in previous posts). About to break 23,000 words on that!
Hey, whatever works.
I'm certainly not going to argue with my muse(s).

In any event, I better get back to writing now.
Take care, and I'll see you around the Internet.

PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING OCTOBER 5, 2013

Well, I wish I had more progress to report this week compared to last week.
Unfortunately, life had other ideas.

However I can say that the spider research came in handy for that short story I am working on. The arachnid threat is over and I am on to the next obstacle in that adventure.
I also posted an excerpt earlier this week and made some more progress on ALPHA, BOOK 2: WAYWARD SON; but unfortunately not enough to complete the next chapter, and for better or worse I did not get to read one additional word on the manuscript I am proof/beta reading for my good friend and writing buddy Nancy Hansen.
I also managed to take care of my Editor-In-Chief commitments at The Free Choice E-zine, so at least I can honestly say some creative work got done this past week.

Hopefully next week will be better.
See you around the Internet!
