PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING DECEMBER 3, 2022

Afraid there isn't much progress to report since last time.

Still on Chapter 15 of SOLITAIRE 2: THE AGENDA but at least I've got all the bugs worked out and am making progress on trying to finish that chapter and get on with the rest of the manuscript.

Like I said before, having only been a domestic traveler who has never left the Continental United States, trying to figure all the Ins and Outs of International flights, let alone getting through Customs upon returning to America has been my big bugaboo of late.

Hopefully by next weekend I'll at least be done with 15 and on to 16.

A SHOUT OUT FOR/TO PETER DAVID!

We have never formally met, but I am a big fan of his work and even got to contribute an episode to his Potato Moon Round Robin Saga. (Part 78 for those interested.)

Peter is currently suffering some serious health issues, although there are far more details available on Facebook than his regular blog.

Of course there is also a Go Fund Me page up and running to help defray the costs of his medical expenses since many writers are in situations where, despite whatever success there might be, have NO medical insurance!

PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING DECEMBER 3, 2016

MIXED NEWS AND A SPECIAL TEASE!

Well, I seem to be fighting another dang cold now.
HOW did I catch this one?
Dang if I know. I certainly didn't want it!
Anyway...
First five chapters of whatever will become HUGH MONN, PRIVATE DETECTIVE: BOOK 3 are back from my friendly neighborhood beta/proofreader.
Haven't gotten a chance to go over them yet but, depending upon how things turn out, it looks like BOOK 3 might wind up being composed of two novellas, for I will NOT pad a story!
Title of the first tale, nature of the second, and an overall title for the book to be determined.
Yes, this is a work in progress, hence why these posts are called PROGRESS REPORTS.

Now then, time for that SPECIAL TEASE!

I hate funerals. Always have.

Now, obviously it's not Hugh's funeral, for his tales are first person narratives, so who passed away?
Only time will tell.
Better get back to "work" now.
