PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING AUGUST 22, 2020
Then again, I can't think of any writer who has ever been able to brag, "I had so much writing time this past week..."
Anyway, I'm 54,000+ words and 25 chapters into SOLITAIRE. Finishing the novel by 65,000 is the goal and Australia is the last major leg of the adventure, so I don't foresee any reason why this shouldn't be possible. Just have to get to it.
With that in mind, take care. STAY SAFE! 😷And I'll see you around the Internet.

PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING AUGUST 15, 2020
I've been wearing my Editor's Hat most of this past week, laying the ground work for the previously
Not sure how much more about it I can say right now, but it will definitely be discussed a lot more in 2021, especially as it gets closer to an actual release date.
Going back to regular writing this week as I resume work on SOLITAIRE.
Chapter 24 and 53,000+ words. Still in Australia. Not sure I'll have the first draft finished by Labor Day, but definitely by the end of September, barring anything unforeseen. Like another power outage.
Still need to finish revising the second (final?) draft to SHERLOCK HOLMES and "The Adventure of the Unimaginable" too, but that will probably be while my friendly neighborhood beta-proofreader is going over SOLITAIRE.
In any event, take care. STAY SAFE!😷 Still trying to figure out these new Blogger controls between here and The Free Choice E-zine, but I'll see you around the Internet.

PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING AUGUST 1, 2020
I'm into Chapter 24 and 52,000+ words of SOLITAIRE.
While there will still be the wrap up and Epilogue to write when I reach that point, Australia is the last major leg of this new action/thriller character's first adventure.
I'm not sure when the actual starting day for it will be at this point, but there are now a couple of upcoming projects, including a memorial anthology, where I will need to wear my Editor's Hat more than my Writing Cap for awhile.
When (if?) I can discuss those in further detail I will.
Until then, take care. STAY SAFE!😷 And I'll see you around the Internet.
