PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING JUNE 25, 2022

While not totally "normal" (whatever that means 😉)

this past week was definitely better than previous

efforts this month.

Have officially made it into Chapter 5 of SOLITAIRE 2: THE AGENDA and broke the 7,000+ words mark in the process. 😀

Besides my ongoing 3 day a week heart💓 rehab program, I did have to stop for a while and research Cancun, where the Mysterious Samaritan is now.

Writing is kind of like wish fulfillment because, among other things that might not actually be achieved within one's lifetime, you're able to visit exotic locales you can only dream of if the logi$tic$ of actual travel are against you.

Like a lot of people, I do have a (very long) bucket list.

The first item on the agenda is acquiring the bucket.

Then we'll see what happens next.

In any event I better get back to writing now.

PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING JUNE 18, 2022

AS I FIGURED, last week did NOT turn out to be such a great week writing wise.

I DID break 6,000+ words on the SOLITAIRE 2: THE AGENDA manuscript, but unfortunately am still on Chapter 4 of the overall novel.

Hopefully this coming week will be better.

It should at least be more "normal".

Whatever that means.

In any event I better get back to writing now.

PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING JUNE 11, 2022

WELL...

I certainly had a better week this week than last week. 😀

I'm on Chapter 4 of SOLITAIRE 2: THE AGENDA.

5,400+ words into the manuscript and I've even thought of a subplot where something Solitaire does during the course of the adventure will create a brand new problem to deal with before the end of the book.

I talked previously about not being sure this early in the project how much globetrotting Solitaire will be doing this time compared to the debut novel's adventure, but I can tell you that after dealing with current events in Miami, Florida USA; Solitaire's next destination is Cancun.

My characters are far more well traveled than their creator. 😕

In any event, not sure how much writing I will accomplish this week because besides continuing Heart Rehab Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons; I've also got to see the Dentist on Tuesday, a doctor's appointment Thursday and still need to get my car through its state required Emissions Test.

So I better get back to it.

PROGRESS REPORT: WEEK ENDING JUNE 4, 2022

WELL...

I did manage to finish Chapter 3 of SOLITAIRE 2: THE AGENDA and am now over 4,500+ words into the manuscript, but unfortunately that's ALL I accomplished writing wise this past week😕 unless you count my responsibilities as Editor-In-Chief of The Free Choice E-zine.

Other stuff just kept arising that was a higher priority.

Hopefully this coming week will be better, but we'll see.
